王宠(1494——1533)


王宠《五言律诗》卷 纸本 行草 24.5×147cm 南京博物院藏

  这件书卷书诗作四首,计二十行。末款署“宠”,钤“王履吉印"白文方印一枚。卷后有清人梅生、吴熙载等三家题跋。此卷用笔跌宕,浑朴苍茂。

Wang Chong(1494-1533), a native of Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, also called Luji in name, styled himself as a resident in Yayi mountain. There are four poems and altogether 20 lines. The end of the poem is annotated with Chong(name of the calligrapher) and sealed with "Wang Luji" in intaglio. There are three annotations by persons in the Qing Dynasty at the back. The scroll enjoys a vigorous and unsophisticated style.
